A small subset of users experienced an infrastructure issue yesterday which may have impacted your email deliveries. This infrastructure issue caused mailbox connections to be detected as unsynced, disabling our ability to send your emails. Our sync functionality is what allows us to detect replies from prospects as they hit your mailbox, and remove prospects that reply from sequences.

All affected users were notified and all drafted emails were sent after retrying.
