Outreach’s third-party voice provider which powers Outreach Voice will be undergoing a test of new infrastructure on Nov 10 between 10:00-11:00 AM PST. Outreach Voice users may experience transient Voice issues such as dropped calls during this time. We appreciate your understanding while our voice partner works to enhance our Outreach Voice services.
