Microsoft has mitigated the issue, and, Outreach users should be able to utilize the Outlook Add In. We will continue to monitor.

Update
We've identified a reported issue with Microsoft https://status.cloud.microsoft/, Outreach's Outlook Add In partner. Outreach users may encounter issues sending emails trough the Outlook Add In. We've engaged our third-party partner to assist with the investigation. Updates will be provided as more information becomes known.
