Our third-party Voice provider, Twilio, has indicated their service has recovered and they are monitoring the success of their recovery. Our third-party Voice provider, Twilio, is experiencing call connectivity issues and they've alerted us to the situation. We're actively monitoring the situation and partnering with Twilio on a resolution for our users.

We're investigating reports of issues placing outbound calls through the Outreach platform. Inbound calls into the platform may also fail. We've engaged our third-party voice provider to assist with the investigation. Updates will be provided as more information becomes known.
