We will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade our CRM Sync databases on Saturday, Oct 28, 2023 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM PT.
During this time, Outreach users will be unable to perform manual inbound CRM Sync activities, and all scheduled CRM Sync activities will be paused until the maintenance is completed. Users may regain the ability to perform manual inbound Sync activities as the upgrade completes in their production environment.
